Dear staff members,

I am writing this letter as a circular for all current members of staff here at paints r us to announce the incorporation of three new staff to our team. Due to increased sales figures this year, we have decided to take on two new members of staff, one full time, one part time.

The new staff are to join the team next week, the full time member, Miss Ana Polinski will be working in the Sales department as a junior representative, and Mr Fred Smith as a part time customer inquiry hot line consultant.

I ask for your full cooperation to make the new member to our team feel welcomed, and that you help them i getting to know there way around the business. I have always prided myself on the team spirit that exists within the company, and hope it will always remain that way,
